Born with Phocomelia (short arms) extremely rare physical congenital disorder. HM🔟 deformity will inspire and motivate your audience when difficulties arise. To exhibit that, one can live a purposeful life without longer arms, and exhibit fortitude. He speaks about living without longer arms.

Self-esteem

At one point in our lives, we struggle with our own self-worth in the world, and at times we lose our confidence in our abilities. Children and people that are viewed differently oftentimes struggle more with their self-esteem than their peers. Our self-respect can be compromised at any given time. HM🔟 shares his personal story about dealing with self-esteem which so many people struggle with in our society.

Bullying

HM🔟 share his story of being bullied, with emphasis on healthy ways of defending oneself from bullies and treating our wound from bullying. Changing the word disabilities to possibilities. The word disability should never be in your vocabulary. Regardless of the term disability in your vocabulary let what you do define who you are within your disability. Labeling children with disabilities as parents, and as people can have a societal lasting impact on child wellbeing. Therefore, it becomes their reality and their identity.

As a child with disabilities, he was labeled. But he did not let society label him to the point it becomes his identity and reality. His identity is found in Christ and through his actions. His reality and identity were to let what he does define who he is within his disability.

Our society is unfair to individuals with special needs due to having special needs. Let us acknowledge that not everyone can work with special needs individuals, and it requires patience and a specific approach. HM🔟 delivers a specific special needs approach to special needs problems, and solutions with his experiences of being a special needs person. Let us break down these barriers of special needs.

Faith in God is extremely important while living life without longer arms; meanwhile, everyone else has what he wants which is having longer arms. His FAITH in God allows him to have a never give up attitude spirit, in his darkest moments, and the brightness moments of his life, his faith withstands adversities. Within your brightness moments, especially within your darkest moments, your faith must withstand any adversities. HM🔟 will guide you into simply having faith, reestablishing your faith, and anew your faith Amen.

We live in a diverse world; therefore, we must have a multiculturalism perspective. HM🔟 was a former Vice President of the Multicultural Student Organization at Ivy Tech Community College Northeast. Which paved the way for him to speak on diversity and the benefits of using ethnicity and dialogue to evoke change for a better world. He will inspire and motivate the audience on Multiculturalism, and sociological approach in addition to using sociological imagination from C. Wright Mills.

Discrimination is not only against law, but it is also morally wrong. People with disabilities have the right to be free from all types of discrimination that includes people of color. The disabilities community has fought a good fight since the signing of The Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 by the late Former President George H. W. Bush on July 26, 1990. #BecauseOfTheADA HM🔟 lives an EQUAL life to those without disabilities. Speaking to companies, universities, and employees in regard to their Affirmative Action or/ and policy favoring those who suffer from discrimination. An education approach to morality and legal accountability. His expertise in the law, the Americans with Disabilities Act, The Civil Rights Act, and other laws are irrefutable.

He was Awarded Northeast Indiana Disability Advocacy Coalition at the annual Abilities Abound event in Fort Wayne, Indiana from The Fifth Freedom Network. That would be his first of many advocacies and activist awards. HM🔟 expertise in The Disability Rights Movement and the Civil Rights Movement is impeccable in about bring about political or social change nonviolently as Dr. Rev. Martin Luther King Jr. once did. He is knowledgeable about police brutality, social injustices, systematic oppression, racism against people of color, and African Americans in the United States. A criminal system in favor of whites, and disproportionately against people of color. Bring back Dr. King's message, and his personal approach to bringing equality to all.
