On This Day, December 18, Reynald Athlai Amazan who is known as Haitian Motivation#10® began his Life Without Longer Arms in America when he emigrate from his native Haiti to the United States of America with his immediate family.  His mother was already in America paving the way, and then the rest of his immediate family came on December 18th.  He started his educational journey slightly in Haiti, and continue his education in Fort Wayne, IN.

While living in the Fort Wayne area he attended Northcrest Elementary School, then went on to attend Northwood Middle School, then graduated from North Side High School, and received his Associate Degree of General Studies in General Studies and his Associate Degree in Liberal Arts at Ivy Tech Community College Northeast. He plans to continue his education by pursuing a Global Studies Certificate at Ivy Tech Northeast. While at Ivy Tech Northeast as a student, he was a member of the Multicultural Student Organization and African American Male Initiative, and then served as Vice President for both Organizations. He also participated in numerous events on campus, and off campus, as well as guided other students to transition into Ivy Tech life. He has coached Ivy Tech Soccer Titans to its first Championship within their first season.

HM🔟 faced tremendous obstacles in life while living life without longer arms including being bullied for his disabilities and overcame all forms of difficulties. He has found peace in challenges that arise, hopes in his Lord and Savior that his life has a purpose, and through his abilities, he lives a purposeful life. He was a guest speaker for varieties of events; he was one of the Diversity Panelists at St. Francis University Fort Wayne, IN.
